Privacy and Cookie Policy
This policy explains what data Bola do Jogo may process, why, for how long, and how you can exercise your rights.
Data controller
Bola do Jogo is responsible for processing data associated with the website. Privacy requests may be sent to boladojogooficial@gmail.com. The form only opens the user's email app and does not store the message on the site.
Data we process
Public browsing requires no account. Infrastructure may record IP address, browser, device, date, time, visited URL and security events.
Form fields remain on the device until the email app opens. If the user sends the email, its name, address, subject and content are processed by the sender's and recipient's email providers.

Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to operate and secure the site, answer requests, prevent abuse, meet legal duties and, with the appropriate choice, measure audiences and serve advertising.
- Legitimate interests for security and operation
- Steps taken at the user's request
- Consent for non-essential cookies and advertising
- Compliance with legal obligations
Google AdSense, cookies and consent
The site may use Google AdSense. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, advertising is subject to an applicable Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework.
Google and its partners may process identifiers, device data, ad interactions and approximate location for measurement, fraud prevention and personalisation in line with the choices shown.
- Non-essential advertising and measurement follow the applicable consent choice
- Content remains available when optional consent is declined
- Privacy choices can be changed later
First-party audience measurement
We use cookieless first-party measurement. The IP address is not stored in readable form: it is transformed server-side with browser data into irreversible daily and session-window identifiers. We record the page, referring domain, approximate country, device, browser, engagement and Core Web Vitals.
Detailed events are deleted after no more than 90 days. The dashboard is private and the browser's Do Not Track signal is respected.
- No reader names or email addresses are stored
- These metrics are not used to build advertising profiles
- Data is used to improve content, security and performance
Recipients and transfers
Hosting, security, authentication, advertising and analytics providers may process limited data. International transfers must rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Contact messages are normally kept for up to 12 months. Technical logs follow provider retention periods and are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, and complain to your data protection authority.
- Send an email with the subject Privacy and data
- Reasonable identity verification may be requested
- Requests are answered within the applicable legal period
